I enjoyed the place and its staff and location. The breakfast was free and included. The room was reasonably spacious with private bathroom, half eaten sweets on the window cill, for example, and all other comforts.

Almost everything: There was more than enough staff who could not help you enough. They really put themselves out for me. Well all but one who never smiled and the only time he spoke was to complain.
A man without a smile. He must have enjoyed making my life a misery from the get go. Oh and thanks mister for losing our banners. Avoid this man like the plague and you will have such a wonderful time and service (with the exception of him) is ALWAYS done with a smile.
