The hallway leading to the rooms showed signs of neglect, including litter and a significant bleach stain on the carpet. In-room cleanliness could use improvement. I found leftover items from previous guests, like old milk and yogurt in the fridge. The bathroom had a sticker still attached to the wall and some mould behind the taps. The basin's design left no flat surface for the soap, which was a bit frustrating. I appreciated the basics, but they need to up their game on cleanliness and room prep to match the central location's potential.

I really loved how close this place was to Princes Street Gardens, perfect for a relaxing stroll after a busy day, and it was just a short walk to the Scottish National Gallery of Modern Art, making it easy to indulge in some culture between walks.

The room was spacious and featured a comfortable bed, which contributed to a pleasant stay. the cleanliness left much to be desired, as the remote was missing and the bathroom toiletries were not replenished during the stay. Dinner was disappointing, with poorly presented dishes that did not meet expectations.

I had a fantastic time with my family! The breakfast buffet was a standout, offering a huge variety of options. Our room was spacious, especially the twin beds, which were really comfy. I especially loved the unlimited cappuccinos available in the lobby.

We stayed for 2 nights and it was awesome! The staff were super chill and helpful. Clare at the front desk was great, always with a smile. Loved the cozy bar/lounge area too! Only thing was that it’s a bit far from the main attractions, but the walk was nice. a fab place!

I recently stayed for 3 nights and loved the cozy decor in my room and the thoughtful free goodies provided. The hotel offered a great spot to unwind with a lovely bar and a relaxing lounge area. the air conditioning in my room didn’t seem to cool as well as I hoped, but it didn’t ruin my stay. 😊
